“EKONOMI KOPERASI”

SOAL :
1.   Mengapa koperasi sering disebut sebagai sokoguru perekonomian Indonesia?

2.   Uraikan keunggulan komparatif (comparative advantage) masing – masing pelaku ekonomi (koperasi, swasta, BUMN).

3.   Diskusikan apakah cara kerja koperasi dapat dijadikan landasan untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan, khususnya pemerataan, pertumbuhan, dan stabilitas ekonomi.

4.   Menurut saudara bagaimana cara mengukur asas pemerataan hasil – hasil pembangunan ekonomi?


JAWAB :

1.   Karena Koperasi mendidik sikap self-helping, koperasi mempunyai sifat kemasyarakatan, koperasi digali dan dikembangkan dari budaya asli bangsa Indonesia, koperasi menentang segala paham yg berbau individualisme/ kapitalisme, dan juga tidak terlepas dari jatidiri koperasi itu sendiri yg dalam gerakan & cara kerjanya selalu mengandung unsur -  unsur yg terdapat dalam asas pembangunan nasional seperti yg termaktub dalam GBHN.

2.   a. BUMN cenderung untuk melakukan peran utama sebagai stabilisator dan perintis perekonomian nasional.
b.   SWASTA cenderung mengarah untuk melakukan peran utama dibidang pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. 
c.    KOPERASI mengemban peran utama dibidang pemerataan pembangunan dan hasil – hasilnya.

3.   Iya, Karena koperasi dalam gerakan maupun cara kerjanya selalu mengandung unsur – unsur yg terdapat dalam 9 asas pembangunan nasional dan juga Trilogi pembangunan yg mempunyai cita – cita, yaitu menciptakan pemerataan pembangunan dan hasil – hasilnya, pertumbuhan ekonomi yg cukup tinggi, stabilitas nasional dan dinamis.


4.   Yaitu dengan melihat pemerataan pembangunan nasional yg diselenggarakan sebagai usaha bersama harus merata disemua lapisan masyarakat dan diseluruh wilayah tanah air, dimana setiap warga negara berhak memperoleh kesempatan berperan dan menikmati hasil – hasilnya secara adil.
